Advanced registration is closed. Registration will re-open on-site 2
August 2010. A $75 on-site fee will be added
to ALL on-site conference registrations.
Payment Policy
All valid registrations MUST be accompanied
by full payment or government purchase order. Payment is accepted
in US dollars only, by check, VISA, MasterCard, or money order.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing. If received
before 20 July 2010,
only a $75 processing fee will be incurred. No portion
of the registration fee will be refunded after 20
July 2010. No portion of the registration will be refunded if we have provided documentation about
your participation in the conference.
